Summary: Good location. Fun for our children, plenty of games. Be aware if you have young children that the steps to the basement have no railing on the bottom half.

Summary: Perfect! We used every amenity with our family. (Ages 7-18) The kitchen is stocked. The space is large we had more than enough room. My 7yro daughter hit the jackpot finding extra toys here for her to play with!

Summary: Stayed here with friends celebrating a birthday in nearby Greenwood Village. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and nicely decorated home. Plenty of room for our eight guests. Nearby trail to run, hike or bike ride with miles of trail.
